Online Vendor Registration for 2017 Dallas Kosher Chili Cook-off

Basic Information

23 years of lifeI understand the Rules and Guidelines stated herein and agree to abide by them. I further agree not to hold Congregation Tiferet Israel liable for any personal injury or any loss or damage sustained to equipment or merchandise during the set-up, operation, or dismantling of Kosher Chili Cook-off to be held at Congregation Tiferet Israel building and grounds at 10909 Hillcrest Road, Dallas, Texas 75230, on Sunday, March 19, 2017.

Setup and Teardown Information

Vendors are responsible for putting up their own signage and must stay for the duration of the event (10:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.). Please wait to tear down until 4:00 PM. Venue will be available for setup by 8:45 PM Saturday night or 8:30 AM on the day of the event. (Because of religious observance, we cannot set up before 8:45 PM Saturday night.)

Vendors are responsible for clean up of their area after the show. We can have no items or trash left behind.

Costs for Outdoor and Indoor Spaces

Cost per table is $125 for outdoor, tented space or $75 for an indoor space. All Food Vendors are $300. Fee must be paid by February 17, 2017. After that date, the fee will be $150 outdoor/$100 indoor. Tables (booth) are 8’x30” rectangle size. Two chairs will be included with each table. Please bring your own table covers and signage.

Liability Information

Dallas Kosher Chili Cook-Off at Tiferet Israel is not responsible for any items that are lost, damaged, or stolen. Each vendor is responsible for the quality of his or her own product and Tiferet Israel has no liability for quality of the product. Vendors must stand behind the quality of all sales. Tiferet Israel has the right to approve the merchandise. If necessary, we will ask for items to be removed from the sale if deemed inappropriate for our attendees.

Printed Form Available

You can register by U.S. Postal mail or fax by downloading the registration form and submitting it along with your payment. Contact us if you need to receive a form by postal mail.

Tiferet Israel accepts Checks, Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All checks should be made out to Tiferet Israel. Payment must be sent with the printed form to hold your space. Deadline is February 17, 2017.
